Food Purchases
Our delivery drivers make every effort to get your food to you while it's still hot and fresh. If for any reason we fail to meet that expectation, we will provide restaurant credit for the item(s) or offer a replacement.
If you are using a third-party delivery option, we are not responsible for any delays or missing items from your order. Third-party delivery options include companies such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and others. If you experience an issue with a third-party service provider, please contact them directly to resolve the issue.
Non-Food Purchases
All non-food orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receiving your order. Currently, we only offer shipping within the Continental USA.
Delivery Timeframe Options
- Standard Delivery: 11–15 days
- Rush Delivery: 9–11 days
- Super Rush Delivery: 8–9 days
The cost of shipping is determined by the recipient's location, package size and weight, the chosen delivery timeframe, and the delivery company used. All shipping costs are clearly outlined during checkout before payment is completed.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. Examples include natural disasters, severe weather, or carrier-related issues. If such delays occur, we will make every effort to notify you of updates and provide an expected delivery timeframe.
