Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

Food Purchases

Our delivery drivers will make every effort to get your food to you while it’s still hot and fresh. If for some reason we fail to meet that expectation, we will give you restaurant credit for the item(s) or provide a replacement.

If you are using a Third Party delivery option, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery or missing items from your order. Third Party delivery options include companies like Uber Eats, Doordash, Grubhub, etc. If you experience an issue with a Third Party service provider, please contact them directly to get the issue resolved.

 

Non-Food Purchases

All non-food orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receiving your order. Currently, we only offer shipping within the Continental USA.

Delivery timeframe options include:

 

Standard Delivery            (11-15 days)

Super Rush Delivery        (8-9 days)

Rush Delivery                    (9-11 days)

 

The cost of shipping is determined by the recipient’s location, package size/weight, the chosen delivery timeframe, and which delivery company is used. The shipping costs are clearly outlined during the checkout process and before the payment must be completed.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. Some examples of these delays include natural disasters, severe winter weather, and delivery company operational issues. If any delays occur outside of our control, we will make every effort to keep you notified of the changes and when you should expect your package to arrive.
